EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Kovey. If for any reason you do not absolutely love your selections, Kovey will gladly accept any regularly priced and unworn merchandise for an exchange. Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online at kovey.co must first contact Kovey within seven (7) days of receiving the merchandise. The merchandise must be accompanied by original invoice, hygienic liners (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and original hang tags must still be attached. Please refer to our Exchange Process for further details. Exchanges can only be made within the same collection. Kovey does not issue store credit. 

Kovey does not offer refunds and our policy is an Exchange Only policy.

All exchanges are subject to a 10% exchange fee and shipping charges.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All discounted items, purchased on sale or using a promotion code are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Please allow approximately a 2 week lead time to process sale volumes.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online at Kovey.co must e-mail Kovey at info@kovey.co within seven (7) days of receiving the merchandise for an exchange authorization number. The merchandise must then be postmarked within seven (7) days of receiving an exchange authorization number. Please include the original invoice, a complete exchange form and clearly write your exchange authorization number on the outside of your package (email preferred). If an exchange number is not written on the outside of the package, it will be returned to the sender. Please be sure to package the suit securely with labels intact. The merchandise must be in unwashed, unworn, unused condition, accompanied by original invoice, hygienic liners (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and original hang tags must still be attached. Kovey reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the items back to the sender should the merchandise not meet our exchange policy. 

NOTE:  We strongly recommend you obtain delivery confirmation or some other appropriate method of tracking your exchange. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected exchanges if you do not have proof of shipping and tracking.
